Warranty procedure

1. Fill out the form on our website: sscgroup.fi/en/warranty-application
2. Wait for confirmation, print it out, and include it with the return.
3. Order a return shipment. Shipping reference numbers can be found in the attachment.
4. We will inspect the return within seven days.
5. Once the return is approved, you will receive a quotation.
6. Accept the quotation, and we’ll send you a reference for invoicing.
7. We will then complete the warranty process.

Important before applying

1. Order the necessary products: sales@sscgroup.fi. Provide a purchase number if needed.
2. Return the replaced parts to us. Small parts: Posti 602259. Pallet deliveries: Kaukokiito 372376.
3. The application will be processed within one week after the products are received.
